This Cancellation Policy applies to all Members, providers, doctors, therapists, attorneys, facilities, and users of the MMONAJAH™ platform. By using the platform, you agree to the terms outlined below. Cancellation is permitted in many cases; a refund is not.
All bookings, memberships, association dues, certifications, travel bookings, shop orders and service payments made through MMONAJAH™ are final. While cancellations may be permitted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to: • Membership cancellations • Association dues and Founders 15-Year memberships • Service and consultation cancellations • Certification and training cancellations • Travel bookings • Shop orders • No-shows • Missed appointments • Scheduling conflicts MMONAJAH™ operates under a strict no-refund policy, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Members may cancel a scheduled service at any time; however: • No refunds will be issued • The professional's cancellation rules may apply • The Member may still be charged the full service amount • Membership fees remain active until the end of the paid term Canceling a membership does not result in a refund of the yearly fee.
If a professional cancels a service: • MMONAJAH™ may issue a platform credit at its discretion • No monetary refunds will be issued • Members may rebook with another professional Repeated cancellations may result in account review or suspension.
If a doctor, therapist, attorney or facility cancels a consultation or service: • No refunds will be issued • Members may reschedule or rebook • MMONAJAH™ may issue a credit at its discretion
5.1 Member No-Shows
If a Member does not show up: • The full service fee may still be charged • No refunds or credits will be issued • Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension
5.2 Professional No-Shows
If a professional does not show up: • MMONAJAH™ may issue a credit to the Member • No monetary refunds will be issued • Provider accounts may be reviewed for compliance
A cancellation made within a professional's "late cancellation window" may result in: • Full service charge • No refund • No credit Each professional may set their own late cancellation rules.
Members may cancel their yearly membership at any time; however: • Membership fees are non-refundable • Access remains active until the end of the paid term • No partial refunds or prorated refunds are provided Founding members: the $10 commitment and the first-year balance charged on February 15, 2027 are non-refundable. Canceling after the balance is charged ends the membership at the end of the paid term with no refund.
Providers, doctors, therapists, attorneys and facilities may cancel their Association membership at any time; however: • Association dues are the only annual fee charged, and there is no separate platform membership or subscription fee to cancel • Dues and Founders 15-Year payments are non-refundable • Access to member benefits remains active until the end of the paid term • No partial or prorated refunds are provided • Membership lapses if dues are not paid within 30 days of the renewal date
Course fees are non-refundable. Canceling or abandoning a course does not result in a refund, a credit or a prorated payment, whether or not the course has been started.
Travel booked through the MMONAJAH™ in-house travel desk is supplied by third-party travel suppliers under their own fare rules. • Supplier cancellation, change and no-show penalties apply • Deposits and payments are non-refundable • No refund is issued for missed departures, schedule changes, delays, weather or supplier failure • Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended • MMONAJAH™ may assist with a supplier change request, but supplier rules govern and any fee is payable by the traveler
Shop orders for recovery and wellness products are final sale. Orders cannot be canceled once placed, and if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 7 days — MMONAJAH™ may arrange a replacement or store credit at its discretion.
MMONAJAH™ may cancel a booking, membership, or association membership for reasons including: • Safety concerns • Policy violations • Fraudulent activity • Incomplete or invalid credentials • Abuse or harassment In all cases: • No refunds will be issued • Access may be restricted or terminated
MMONAJAH™ reserves the right to: • Review cancellation patterns • Suspend accounts for abuse • Enforce no-show penalties • Deny future bookings This ensures fairness and platform integrity.
MMONAJAH™ may update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
