These Member Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and MMONAJAH™ ("MMONAJAH," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the MMONAJAH platform, you agree to these Terms.
MMONAJAH™ is a digital marketplace that connects Members with independent professionals — including mobile aftercare providers, lymphatic massage therapists, mobile nurses, aestheticians and medspa technicians, wellness and recovery specialists, therapists and counselors, dentists, doctors and surgeons, medical facilities and surgical centers, attorneys and legal professionals, and transportation providers. MMONAJAH is not: • A medical provider • A healthcare facility • A home-care agency • A law firm • An employer of any professional on the platform • A party to the agreement between you and any professional you book All services are delivered by independent professionals acting under their own licenses and professional judgment.
To use the platform, you must: • Be at least 18 years old • Create an account with accurate information • Agree to these Terms • Purchase a yearly membership (if required) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

3.1 Billing
• Membership fees are billed annually • All fees are non-refundable • Membership renews automatically unless canceled
3.2 Membership Benefits
Benefits vary by tier and may include: • Access to verified professionals on the network • Member pricing below standard retail rates • Priority booking • Shop and travel desk access • Concierge and recovery coordination at higher tiers MMONAJAH may update membership features at any time.
3.3 Founding Member Commitment
A one-time $10 commitment is charged to reserve founding member status and lock in founding pricing. • The $10 commitment is non-refundable under any circumstances • The $10 is credited toward your first year of membership • Your remaining first-year balance is charged automatically on February 15, 2027 to the payment method saved at signup • If you do not hold a membership, the $10 commitment is forfeited
3.4 Provider & Association Fees
Providers, doctors, therapists, attorneys and facilities pay only the annual MMONAJAH Association dues. There is no separate platform membership fee, platform subscription fee, listing fee or setup fee for providers, doctors, therapists, attorneys or facilities. Association dues are billed annually (or as a one-time Founders 15-Year payment where offered), are non-refundable, and are the sole annual fee charged to a professional or facility on the platform. Providers keep 100% of the wholesale rate they set for a service. There is no commission. MMONAJAH's platform fee is added on top of the wholesale rate and is paid by the Member — it is never deducted from a professional's rate.
3.5 No-Refund Policy
All payments made to MMONAJAH are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation: • Membership fees (annual and founding member payments) • The founding member $10 commitment and the balance charged on February 15, 2027 • Association dues, renewals and Founders 15-Year payments • Certification and training course fees • Travel bookings, deposits and payments • Shop orders for recovery and wellness products • Any other membership or platform-related payment MMONAJAH Bucks are store credit, not money, and are never redeemable for cash. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to account cancellation, service discontinuation, dissatisfaction, unused benefits, or failure to use the platform. See the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for full detail.
4.1 Independent Professionals
All professionals on the network operate independently. MMONAJAH does not supervise, control, direct or guarantee their work, their clinical or professional judgment, or their outcomes.
4.2 Service Agreements
When you book a service, you enter a direct agreement with that professional. Fees for the professional's service are set by them; MMONAJAH adds its platform fee on top.
4.3 Pricing
Professionals set their own wholesale rate for each service. MMONAJAH adds its own platform fee on top, and the total you pay stays below the professional's standard retail price. You see the full total before you book.
4.4 Verification
Professionals are asked to provide license, certification and insurance documentation, which is reviewed before a listing is activated. Verification means these documents were checked at the time of review. It is not an endorsement, a guarantee of quality, or a substitute for your own judgment, and it does not make MMONAJAH responsible for professional care.
All payments must be made through the MMONAJAH platform. You agree not to: • Pay professionals off-platform • Request off-platform services • Circumvent the platform in any way Violations may result in account termination.
6.1 Member Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any membership, association, founding commitment, certification, travel, shop or service payment. Professional bookings are governed by the MMONAJAH Cancellation Policy — see 6.2 below.
6.2 Professional Cancellations
If a professional cancels, you may receive: • A platform credit at MMONAJAH's discretion • Rebooking help with another professional • No monetary refunds, in line with the Refund Policy
6.3 No-Show Policy
If you fail to appear for a scheduled service, you may be charged the full amount.
Some services are delivered by video or phone. You acknowledge that: • Telehealth is not for emergencies — call 911 or your local emergency number for a medical emergency • A professional may decline or end a virtual session if it is not clinically appropriate • Professionals are licensed in particular jurisdictions and may be limited in serving you outside them • Technology can fail, and sessions may need to be rescheduled • No recording is permitted without the other party's consent You consent to receive services by video or phone when you book a virtual session.
MMONAJAH operates an in-house travel desk covering flights, hotel and accommodation stays, car rentals and cruises, including recovery-friendly accommodation arranged around a procedure. You acknowledge that: • Travel is supplied by third-party travel suppliers, under their own terms, conditions and fare rules • Supplier cancellation, change, name-change and no-show rules apply, and deposits and payments are non-refundable • Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended, particularly for procedure travel • MMONAJAH is not the carrier or the accommodation provider and is not responsible for delays, schedule changes, weather, or supplier failure • Travel booked with MMONAJAH Bucks is subject to the Bucks terms below
MMONAJAH Bucks are a store credit awarded for qualifying referrals and promotions. You acknowledge that: • Bucks are store credit, have no cash value, and are never redeemable for cash • Bucks are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged • Referral Bucks are awarded to the referrer only; the referred friend receives no discount or credit • Redemptions are requested in your account and applied at MMONAJAH's discretion toward travel or shop purchases • Bucks may be forfeited if earned through fraud, abuse, self-referral, duplicate accounts, or a violation of these Terms • MMONAJAH may change, limit or discontinue the program at any time
Recovery and wellness products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. You acknowledge that: • Product orders are final sale and non-refundable • Opened, used or personal-care products cannot be returned • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 7 days and MMONAJAH may arrange a replacement or store credit at its discretion • Shipping times, availability and product descriptions are set by the supplier
MMONAJAH offers continuing education and certification courses. You acknowledge that: • Course fees are non-refundable • Certifications confirm completion of MMONAJAH coursework and are not a professional license, and do not replace any license required by your jurisdiction • MMONAJAH may update or retire course content at any time
Members agree to: • Treat professionals with respect • Provide a safe environment for mobile and in-home services • Follow pre- and post-care instructions • Communicate honestly • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior MMONAJAH may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
MMONAJAH does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not practice medicine, dentistry, therapy or law. Any information on the platform is for general informational purposes only. You acknowledge that: • Professionals are independent and responsible for their own care decisions • You are responsible for your own health decisions • You should consult a licensed medical professional for medical concerns • Elective and cosmetic procedures carry risk, and you accept those risks when you choose to proceed • Information on the platform, including recovery timelines and cost estimates, is illustrative and not clinical advice
Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information, and by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which explains how health information is handled on the platform.
Agreements, consent forms and document requests on the platform may be signed electronically. You agree that: • Typing your full legal name is your electronic signature and is as binding as a handwritten signature • Your signature date and IP address may be recorded as part of the signed record • Electronic records and notices satisfy any legal requirement that a record be in writing • You may request a PDF copy of any document you sign
Members may leave reviews after services. You agree that: • Reviews must be honest and respectful • False, misleading, or abusive reviews may be removed • MMONAJAH may use your reviews for marketing purposes
MMONAJAH may suspend or terminate your account for: • Violating these Terms • Abusive or unsafe behavior • Off-platform payments • Fraudulent activity • Misuse of the platform You may cancel your membership at any time, but fees are non-refundable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMONAJAH is not liable for: • Services provided by independent professionals • Injuries, damages, or losses resulting from those services • Clinical, therapeutic, legal or professional outcomes • Misconduct by professionals or Members • Errors, delays, or interruptions in the platform • Loss of data or unauthorized access • Travel delays, supplier failures, or accommodation issues To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMONAJAH's total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid MMONAJAH in the twelve months before the claim or $100. MMONAJAH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold MMONAJAH harmless from claims arising out of: • Your use of the platform • Your interactions with professionals • Your violation of these Terms
Before filing any formal action, you agree to contact support@mmonajah.biz and give MMONAJAH 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute is not resolved, you and MMONAJAH agree that it will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and each party waives the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective or representative action. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. Any claim must be brought within one year of the date the claim arose, to the extent permitted by law.
MMONAJAH may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, are the entire agreement between you and MMONAJAH on this subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. You may not assign these Terms; MMONAJAH may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
