As a MMONAJAH™ Account Specialist, your mission is to grow our network by acquiring new partner accounts — doctors, providers, wellness centers, and more. You are the face of MMONAJAH™ in your market, and your earning potential is entirely in your hands.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You set your schedule, work your market, and get paid for every contract you close. There are no income ceilings and no micromanagement — just results, rewards, and an incredible community behind you.
Your target partners span the full spectrum of the luxury wellness and cosmetic industry.
What you'll do day-to-day as a MMONAJAH™ Account Specialist.
Identify and prospect potential partner accounts including doctors' offices, cosmetic surgeons, medspas, dental studios, holistic wellness centers, therapy practices, and mobile aftercare providers
Conduct outreach, schedule meetings, and present the MMONAJAH™ platform value proposition to decision-makers
Negotiate and close partnership contracts to onboard new providers and facilities onto the platform
Build and maintain long-term relationships with account partners to ensure retention and satisfaction
Represent MMONAJAH™ at industry events, health expos, conferences, and networking opportunities
Maintain an active pipeline and submit weekly activity reports via the provider portal
Collaborate with the MMONAJAH™ team to ensure smooth onboarding for new accounts
Educate partners on platform tools, membership benefits, and compliance requirements
Meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets to unlock commission tiers and bonus rewards

Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you can walk into any room and make a connection
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently without a traditional office environment
Experience in sales, account management, healthcare, wellness, or a related field preferred (not required)
Professional presentation — you will be meeting with medical professionals and facility directors
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your local market
Basic computer skills — ability to use email, CRM tools, and the MMONAJAH™ provider portal
Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work as an independent contractor in the U.S.
